Erie Powder Coatings Inc. (EPC Powder Mfg) has been manufacturing high-quality powder coatings since 1994. The company began operations in the Niagara region of Ontario, Canada, and quickly established a reputation for quality, responsive customer service, and fast turnaround on custom formulations. To support continued growth, Erie expanded production capabilities at its Grassie, Ontario facility in 1997, 2000, and 2003.

Erie’s Grassie, Ontario plant remains a full-service manufacturing location and serves as the company’s primary operational hub. This facility continues to produce a wide range of high-quality powder coatings and houses product development laboratories, research and development capabilities, as well as sales and management functions.

In 2008, EPC Powder Mfg began its first production runs at its Loomis facility, located in North East, Pennsylvania. This 40,000 square foot facility was established to improve service levels for customers in upstate New York, Pennsylvania, and Ohio, and has since served as an effective production, shipping, and service point for customers across North America.

In 2025, Erie Powder Coatings expanded its manufacturing footprint with the opening of a new manufacturing and warehousing facility in Roxton Falls, Quebec. This strategic investment was made to increase overall production capacity while strengthening service levels for customers throughout Quebec and the Maritimes. The Roxton Falls facility improves regional responsiveness, reduces lead times, and increases manufacturing and warehousing capacity, reinforcing Erie Powder Coatings’ long-term commitment to reliable supply, consistent quality, and localized customer support in Eastern Canada.
